There are no additional fees for redeeming the gift or for maintaining an account on the Bitcoin Store platform. Any future changes to the platform's terms are determined by Bitcoin Store, but you can transfer your cryptocurrencies to another platform or your own wallet at any time.

Coffer partners with the Bitcoin Store platform, Croatia's leading licensed crypto platform, operating fully in line with the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). This means that the platform must meet the regulatory and security requirements applicable to crypto-asset service providers in the European Union. The card itself contains no cryptocurrencies, only a QR code that is scanned to continue the registration.

Of course, a refund is possible, but the rules differ depending on the part of the gift. Physical part (toy and packaging): you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Since this is a personalised gift, a fixed cost of €5 will be deducted from the total amount. Digital part (cryptocurrencies): due to the nature of the crypto market and the instant transfer, a refund is not possible for the digital part of the gift.
